Enhance your VW T5 T6 SWB or LWB Transporter with our expertly crafted 1 PIECE 12mm Ply Floor, ideal for both campervan and day van conversions. At T-Spoke Conversions, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and precision to ensure your vehicle meets your adventure needs.
 
Made from large 12x1525x3050mm exterior grade performance ply (not cheap Chinese Red-face), this floor is designed as a "1 piece", ensuring no visible joins. As the VW Transporter is wider than 1525mm, a small wing is pre-glued in the back corner, discreetly hidden by the jack. This expertly crafted floor comes sanded and is ready to drop into your van, making it the perfect upgrade for your campervan adventures.
 
Our floors are designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate those who have insulated their rear arches. We ensure our vinyl is cut slightly oversized to achieve a flawless finish.
 
We secure our floors using a polyurethane adhesive, never screws, and always keep it in stock. If you need some, it is available for £7.50 per tube (typically, 1-2 tubes are required depending on whether you use the spacers or not), cash on collection.

Notes:
We can specifically cut a bulkhead or twin slider version of our floor but this would be made to order (not stock) and will incur a £10 surcharge.
Generally our standard campervan single slider floors are in stock ready for collection. Please allow a couple of days for us to make Kombi, Bulkhead or Twin Slider versions as these aren't stocked and will need cutting individually.
 
Due to courier restrictions and costs, we are unable to dispatch this item.
 
Collection only - by appointment from our workshop in Winford, near Bristol Airport.
 
Please make sure you van is completely empty or collect in a bigger van.
